I was extremely disappointed with the Smith Commerce Reimagined. The performance was realized Overview promised but it wasnt the case at all. I had to constantly make changes to my settings in order to get my online store working correctly and now its not working at all.

"This Company Is A Complete Joke. Ive"

This company is a complete joke. Ive used them for 7 years now and have had to call them 3 times in the last year because my payments stopped going through. The first time it was because they couldnt find my credit card the second time it was because they didnt Process my rebate check that came in the mail and the third time it was because they said I owed too much money on a previous purchase. Theyre always quick to try and get your money back but its never happened and I know they cant really do anything about it since theyre not a real business anymore.
