I have used Smith Design Solutions for two different projects now and both times I have been extremely unhappy with the service. The first project was a small website design job that they did not even finish on time so I had to go out and get my own website done. The second project was a much bigger job but again they never delivered what they said they would. They always seem to be behind schedule and their work quality is often poor. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had three years of web development experience from Smith Design Solutions and am now a full time customer service representative. I have had authority for about 5 months now and absolutely despise it. The entire process is extremely long and formal. There is no control over the results which makes it very difficult to do good work. I have had to backup myework because of this but it has finally got me to where I am now - looing at solutions rather than developing something that will be successful in the long term. Thank you Smith Design Solutions for making such a difficult process even harder.
