I was this companys customer for many years. They never did anything for me that I wanted them to do. I had to call them a bunch of times until they got what I needed. Sometimes it was just a phone number but sometimes it was more involved like having someone send a file to be tech-reviewed or do a study on my computer. Nothing ever came out of it. The only thing they did for me was send them a bill after I had been with the company for so long.
