I had a issue with my phone and they said it would be fixed within a few days but it never was. After multiple attempts to get help from the customer service team I gave up and just stopped using Snappler altogether. Do not bother with them

Im not a big fan of this company. Ive been a customer for about two years now and have had several negative experiences. First the Snappler app is incredibly slow and has a lot of glitches. Second the customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers or their products. If youre looking for an unreliable and unprofessional website thats in the business of selling software then Snappler is definitely worth considering

I just got out of my first money back guarantee. I read all the reviews and was scared to buy it because of the negative feedback. I decided to give it a try.The only thing I didnt like about the product was that it did not work for me. Im not sure why but every person who mentioned their phone going dead always had a solution in their response - oh maybe because your phone is newer.Theres no difference between a phone going dead and your phone going deadIt might be something youre using thats causing the issueMaybe you have to do some type of repairs on your phone.This company makes a great program where you can return any purchase you make and receive a free gift If you dont like the product they offer they offer a full refund. However I wasnt impressed with the snappler app and couldnt get it to work for me.
