I am not a user of this company and I have never used their software. I was recently sent an email from them asking for my help with a problem with my computer. I did not answer the email so they sent me another one and when I clicked on it I found myself in a big space where I couldnt type anything. I clicked on a button to get help from customer service and they told me that they would send someone else to help me out. When I reached out to customer service again they said that they would send someone else right away because they were busy. After reaching out and trying to get someone back nothing came of it except for me wasted time and money.
