The support staff is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times for help with my computer and it has always been a mess. They are not able to do anything about the computer because it is already busted. Do not use this company if you need help with your computer

I have had a terrible experience with softarisit.com. The site is extremely easy to use and I always receive the information I need as soon as I sign up for their email list. However there are always some website errors or problems which happen in the few minutes it takes me to sign up. I have contacted them multiple times and they are only nowhematically response was since my account was created. They needed to take a look at the website code for security purposes and added a new part that does not even existsoftarisit.com is a scam

I just updated to 10.0.10500 and everything still goes wrong. I need a new SoftarisIT account and it doesnt work in my computer either. I have to go into the account control center and change the account key myself. Just trying to get this thing going again.Softarisit.com is a terrible company that does not deserve their money

I just when when I first saw softarisit.com and the opportunity it brought me. I clicked on the link and started reading the information. I was so excited to try it out. I got a help line and started getting in touch with people who had issues with their computers. It was all great until I tried it out. Here is my first bad reviewTheSoftarisIT experience was terrible My computer would not stay on screen and there were overwhelming ads constantly popping up The support team never arrived at the office and these ads continued to appear When they did show up it took quite some time before they could get a fix for my computer. However once I got my computer fixed the SoftarisIT issue was now resolved However if I had followed their instructions strictly then I would have been fine without this service. Unfortunately because of it my whole experience on softarisit.com is going to go through the roof
