I have terrible experience with company softbd.com their products are not of good quality and their customer service is absolutely terrible. I did some research before purchasing any of their products and I found out that this company is in the business ofSoft Tech Innovation Ltd which is a scam. They are not actually engaged in tech innovation they are only selling low quality products which will not help you solve your problems. I would never recommend them to anyone and I would strongly advise against using them for anything whatsoever.

I experience terrible customer service with this company. The technician that came to my house did not properly diagnose the issue and instead just charged me for a software update that I already had. Additionally they would not let me uninstall the software they installed on my computer which was causing all of my data to be backed up and unusable. This is a scam company
