Im not sure what the problem is but I somehow felt that softbear.com was identifyable as something that could potentially hurt or help peoples feelings. We have a web page full of beautiful images of peoples faces when theyve been vaccinated and also pictures of families at various points in their history. Some of these are useful some of these are just really ugly. I dont know how to fix this and I dont know how anyone should since nothing in the system seems to be working right.

The customer service was terrible and they were always able to not work on something but would just let you know that it wasnt going to be possible anymore and sure enough less than a week later they had stopped doing that. Service was horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
