"I Have Never Had Such Terrible"

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a domain and the woman on the phone said that she could not help me because my account was inactive. I told her my account was active and she said Im sorry but your account is only good for 10 domains. So I asked her how many domains are in my account and she said well probably around 20 so I asked her if there were any other domains that were large enough to use my account for and she said yes there are two domains that are huge enough to use your account for. After explaining to her that this would be an inconvenience because both of those domains were already taken by another customer the woman transferred me to someone else who apparently couldnt do anything because my account still wasnt working. Needless to say Im very disappointed with Softlakes.com and will definitely not be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
