I have used this company twice now and both times they have not delivered what they promised. I specifically asked for a project to be done by the end of May and it has not yet happened. They also told me that my money would be back within a week but there is still no return call or email from them. Do not use this company if you want your money back

This has made me unsure about using the site as I dont want to be artsy-furry about it. anywhoSo far I have been given errors when trying to access my files. After sending them back offReply by customer service nothing is done but they offer me a replacement device which is now acting as a walk around and tell me to contact their customer service center.
