I have never had such terrible service from a company -SoftTech Chile is a complete waste of time and money. I ordered a laptop only to find out that it was not even in stock so I had to order it from Germany. The process took forever and the product arrived late. Then I realized that the laptop was not actually for me but for another customer... so I got a different one instead. And then there was the issue with my shipping - it took way too long and they didnt even refund my money... Overall an awful experience and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I just got out of my first job because I was using SoftTechChile as my primary source of income. I absolutely loved working with this company and the results were great. However right now were in the process of transitioning away from softtechchile.cl and Im extremely disappointed in their behavior. From start to finish it was a very positive experience working with SoftTechChile but Im Toko and his team are terrible.The company softtechchile.cl is in the business of soothsaying and medium interest rates predictions. They make this up as they go along and to use money for things that dont really need to be done which is why their staff is full of magic. Its not like they have any real product or service - just a lot of magic saying different things to different people. Theyre like talk show hosts on shoutouts to Satisfied CustomersTheir staff is also negative Codec-

I just got another call from SofttechChile. They are looking for a new contact in order to provide better customer service. When I contacted them the representative was incredibly polite and supportive but the phone number they called was right out in the open with no way to block it. So I had to go through a few different channels to get ahold of them and now theyve put up a notice on their website that there is now a waiting list for the phone number The softtechchile representative was amazing but this is not what we want from our customer service representatives.
