"I Just Got Out Of My First Round Of"
Soft Tech Group Inc, Review Specifics:
I just got out of my first round of service and re-engagement with Soft Tech Group. I found them to be not only unprofessional but also deceased endearing. The customer service was terrible and they were always willing to sweeten the offer when I was on the other side. Unfortunately this isnt a limited class action lawsuit but we will continue to send emails and chat with them every day.Im not a professional engineer or scientist so I dont have inside information about their products etc. but people who are in the business of soft tech would know that this is not something that should be written about in an review. Its something that you would likely expect from a group of people who just get paid to help you think more clearly or do more than usual during off hours.I throughly enjoyed our time with them - they made us feel like we were their top priority - even when our focus changed daily from work to friends

I have had a bad experience with softtechgroup.us they were always unable to find my scroll wheel on my computer. They warned me that it would take time but never told me what would happen if it didnt work out. Im really disappointed in them now that weve been through this before...
