There have been times when Ive had to call them because my computer wouldnt turn on and then there have been other times when theyve just said it was my computer that needed to be fixed and not given me any information about what the problem might be. In both cases it turned out to be something else entirely.

I dont know if it was the quality of the product or the slow service but this was my first time buying anything from there. Ive been back and forth between these two websites for months now. And I still havent received my mouse.I recently bought a mouse from Softtek and everything was out of scope until now. I originally went through them because my mouse was going missing off of their site and Im very disappointed in the product. Its auren stone 1 Hacker 6nd generation 1 computerI have an aureo stone 1 hacker 6th generation 1 computer.
