I have had some issues with softura.com and their customer service. I have called them multiple times and it has been the same problem-they are not able to help. They keep telling me that they dont know what is wrong with my account and that they will do something about it. However nothing has happened and now they have sent out a new call center representative who says she doesnt know anything about my account or her own knowledge of the situation because she was only given this opportunity after securing a job from Softura.com herself Please take this review seriously and ensure that your time goes towards bettering yourself rather than working for someone who refuses to listen to users in the sense of giving them an opinion or helping those who need it most.This user does not seem to be human their intelligence levels far exceed those within this users role at softURA. staffs overall effort quality of life number of critiques all around the internet are coming
