Im not impressed with this company software developer India.com. I have had two different experiences with them where my software developer works in their office in India while they are actually out of the country doing some other project and then when I do a search on their website for that specific project it returns nothing but bad reviews from users who have used their services. They dont seem to care about customer satisfaction whatsoever.

I have used this company for the past 3 years and I am extremely disappointed with their work ethic. The developers working in our premises always seem to be busy working on other projects instead of meeting deadlines and completing the tasks assigned to them. Additionally they frequently ignore customer requests and do not deliver what was promised. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Most importantly Im not seeing progress on my projects despite continual visits to the website. There is also a lack of customer service and engagement as the business is focused on making it difficult for users to get in touch with their projects. Overall Id say that this company is not worth your time and you should find someone else to work with them.
