I did not receive my order and am very upset with this company. I placed an order for a digital marketing agency in Patna on July 25th and have not received it yet. I called the customer service number and they told me that the order had been shipped but they could not find it in their system. They said that there must be some mistake because the email address that I provided was correct. They also said that if I do not receive my order within a certain time frame they will give me a refund. This is simply unacceptable because I had paid for something and now cannot get it even though I have sent them multiple emails.

I recently worked with this company and was very disappointed. The software is slowly being updated and seems to be never really interested in doing its job. I have had to alternatively use their paper forms to get my things done. Thank you for the occasionalviation of prices its making this business work better but I dont see why it has to be every day etc.I am extremely unhappy with the customer service at softwaresolutionservice.com. The customer service is terrible and I did not enjoy any of it. The customer service was unhelpful and unyielding in their efforts to continue selling the software despite my reviews indicating otherwise. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
