I just bought a house through softway. I was very excited to find out that they actually provide construction management services I contacted their customer service and they said it would be 2 hours before I could get a response. They also said that they would send someone to talk to my wife about the situation. LastlySoftway.com does not even offer building management services Its like this one company can sell you a built organization but then never give you the control over how it functioning is from

I worked with softway.com for a little over a year and I would not recommend them to anyone. They make it very easy for you to get into their system and do whatever they want without accountability or responsibility. The staff is often eager to take advantage of users by offering things like free products or services in return for putting in the effort which is also quite commonly but softway.com clearly did not learn from their past mistakes and decided that all employees are simply means of marketing advertising Fidelidade which makes them even worse.
