Softworks Group Inc, Review Specifics:
I just opened this message because I was interested in the company softworksgroup.com business.The user softworksgroup.com has done somewhat of a poor job when it comes to customer service. They are not good at dealing with issues and have resulted in many customers going off of their product after not using them for a while. Additionally the customer service is not that great when they are trying to order software and get it to them as soon as possible but they have had other problems with their delivery method such as being able to send an email about the order but then having it sent out wrongly and with the software itself not finding out about noranet. Overall I would give them a D instead of a C.

I have never seen anything but problems with softworksgroup.com. From the beginning of this company from the start of their business I have had to numerous problems with me and my friends and family. Every time we would take a look at one of Softworks Groups best practices management software solutions and be met with warnings about how difficult it was going to be sustained in the long run we would shortly afterwards find out that softeworks group had been Sara Siple
