I am not happy with Softyoug Solutions. I have been using their services for a while and have had great results. But now they are doing things that are against the companys policies. For example they were supposed to send me a safety email when my home was broken into but they only sent an automated message. I had to call them and ask what was going on. They said they didnt know and that they would send you an email about it. However all of this has already been done for another service that is also against company policy. I do not think that this is worth the risk for softyoug solutions users.

I just cant recommend softyoug solutions enough. Ive been using them for about 4 years now and have never had a problem. Theyre the best when it comes to craft and home improvement.The company makes great products but there are times when the service is poor.25

I have had two different businesses with this one for the past year and a half. I would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they never seem to work out anything. There has beenpoint where they just wont let me leave the account even when Ive done things that make them unhappy. I have now left for other business again
