Ive had to call them multiple times to get my videos loaded and they always seem to be out of stock. Do not use this company if you want your photos or videos to show up on your website

I have had a lot of fun using Sokostudio.co.uk - the customer service is great and the products are coming back into stock However I have never had such an terrible experience as with them. The worst was when I was made to feel like a valuable person due to the good customer service. But then its often the worse for company sokostudio.co.uk - poor customer service makes people want to leave because there is no money in it For example my account was charged more than once and my phone number was used multiple times without me getting any proof.

I have had a lot of experience with this company and never been treated well. I have had to call them up multiple times to get my money back because they would not move along my payments correctly. And now their new customer service number which is also on the website. I have never seen such a low quality of service in my life.
