I have just returned my old phone to get a new one. I first of all was very disappointed when I did not receive the email notification to pick up my purchase until much later than expected. It had only been less then day since I had placed the order. Plus at first there was no way for me to know that my original device would be delivered- instead we were sent an email message saying that the devices has gone out of stock and that they will do whatever they can to get another one ordered while we were waiting for our new model to come in. "I Have Had A Terrible Experience"

I have had a terrible experience with company solidict.com. The first time I tried to do a purchase they were not what I expected and it went into credit card speed mode which was never my intent. The next time I attempted to make a payment they gave me a phone number that I could call but no other information about the product. When I reached out to the quantity we sent was ignored and there was only an automated response that the customer has since unsubscribed from their list of productsservice goals. Overall this has been an unique experiences with company solidactidc and myself as a whole but thankfully we are past it now
