I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I tried to order my Kin card and it took forever to get there. And when it finally did the cards were all different colors and sizes. And even though I only wanted one they charged me for two Needless to say this is not a good experience at all.

I was very disappointed with the company solstice.com. I ordered a Kin card and it only arrived after 10 days The quality of the card was terrible and there were several mistakes on the card - for example it said Korea instead of Korea Republic. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very disappointed with how this company operated. I ordered a KinCard and never received it. I also had to contact them multiple times to get an update on my order. They were always unyielding in their response time. Overall I would not recommend this company.

1 customer service is terrible - they are always here but they dont answer my calls or deliver on the products Ive ordered. They keep changing the datetime of my orders to make me feel like Im being negative spiel about it when in fact I were just very polite and thanked them for their help.2 I was almost happy to say goodbye to this company after only using them a few months. My last order was way too high quality but every time I try to use them they seem to have something else going for them - Kin Carta has been known to be a Scam 3 There is no save feature forpresale purchases- you have to 2gether by discount on what youd expect per itemized cost basis. For example one items would be a return policy violation because theyre requiring people to show up statesmanlike that they order 3 items of which only two will be received.
