I have had people try to use their software without knowing how to use it and also without knowing the basics of how the software works. Always when I need help or assistance with the software Im not getting anyone who knows what theyre doing to help me.This is a bad review because heres whyThe companysoluciones-ur.com is a terrible service because they do not provide any support for the users who uses their software. There are no instructions whatsoever on how to use the service and often times the users dont know where to start from. If you do have access to some support time its mostly towards making sure that you are using everything correctly and that youretrying out different strategies for improving your business operations.
