The company Solusoft.es is not in the business of Consultora Informtica as it says on their website. I contacted them through email and they told me that they are not a company but a web host. They said that they do not offer any consulting services and that they are only in the business of hosting websites. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a worst company everI have worked with SOLUSOFT for over two years now and the experience has been absolutely terrible. The staff is unprofessional and incompetent and their customer service is nonexistent. There has never been a problem where I wasnt promised an answer within a day or two but invariably the answer I received was either incomplete or incorrect. In addition to this their prices are extortionate and they do not seem to care about their customers whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend SOLUSOFT to anyone

ES is an incompetent company which does not provide the quality of service it promise. I have had to contact them multiple times to solve a problem and have never received a satisfactory response.I contacted SOLUSOFTES because one of my computers was not working and I needed help getting it fixed. The first time they were very unhelpful and told me that I needed to bring in my computer for repair. They said it would cost me 250 and there was no way that I could afford that. After speaking with another customer service representative who was more helpful I decided to go ahead with therepair. The next time that I contacted them they told me that they did not have any work done on my computer and it would cost me 350 again In addition when I asked about how long it would take for the work to be finished and what type of warranty they offered they told me that there was no warranty These people are terrible at their job
