I was very unhappy with my experience with company solutel.sa. The website is incredibly outdated and its difficult to navigate because of all the redirects and links. Additionally the customer service was terrible. I had to wait forever for a response to my email and when I finally got one it wasnt very helpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any company. The website is very unprofessional and the customer service team was absolutely horrible. They were not helpful at all and did not seem to really care about their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what this company does but I decided to try out for the little bit that I could. I went through the initial steps of creating a account and then was taken to a Sign Up For A New Account page. After logging in I was given a Your account has been created page with all the information I needed to know. Now when I sign up for a new account I dont get any notification about it being created or even having been created yet. It takes me right into the Create A New Account page where I click on the create account button. And then all of a sudden my account is created And its perfectly active...except for one thing. The company has made me an offers which are completely false - like getting a interest rate increase or seeing packages of items available that they dont have. In fact everything around this company seems fake andhonestly
