Company Sonsindia.com is in the business of SonsIndia an enterprise resource planning ERP business solutions consultancy. Their SAP Solutions Business Consulting Supply Chain service provides businesses with the tools and resources they need to manage their supply chains more effectively. While their ERP offerings are excellent I found their support services to be very poor. They were not able to help me solve any of my problems even after repeated requests. Additionally their customer service was incredibly slow and unhelpful.
