The technology they were working on just didnt work at all and the development team was absolutely terrible. .com is a website and app that enables you to purchase and use blockchain technology to create software products. However the company has now stopped supporting this website and app.I accidently started using SotaTek.com while it was still available as a online storey. After few months of use I noticed that SotaTek.com was no longer being updated or visible on my account. I reached out to the company and they disappeared for good. There is no way to reset your password or refund since there was never any return or refund allowed through SotaTek.com. Unfortunately this is the beginning of the end for me as a user of this website and app. Thank you for your time but I hope that you will customer service can help me out due to the amount of stress that I am experiencing right now.This user hasbadly crashed resetting their password and having everything they had been working on in progress suddenly becomes very
