I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life- the customer service was so bad I couldnt even call them back. The representative told me they dont do anything about incorrect information and that I would have to email them for help. I tried doing that and it just wouldnt work- all of my emails went straight to spam folders. This is not an acceptable experience at all

Do not use this company - worst experience ever They do not have any services they just offer advertising. I called them to ask about a service that I was told they offered and the woman on the phone said she could not help me because she does not offer that service. She also said there was no such thing as sottosopra and that I had been lied to. Do not use this company - you will be disappointed

Do not use this company They are terrible at communicating with their customers. I had to call them multiple times and they would not answer my questions. I ended up having to go through a customer service representative who was even worse. She kept saying that I needed to email her and she would get back to me soon. No one ever responds to emails or calls from customers which is really frustrating because you want your moneys worth

I work for this company and was really looking forward to working with them. However I have never had the opportunity to be a part of their team and am very disappointed with them. The communication ispoor at best and they are always on the forefront of technology. There is a sense of hiddenness about these companies which is unfortunately not evenly shared among all people who work for them. They make you feel like you are just an annoyance in comparison to which their goals seem to be. I would not recommend this company to others.
