I have had nothing but negative experiences with Spectrum Media Solutions. I started using them to market my company and it quickly became clear that they were not up to the task. They only knew how to do marketing through email and social media which was ineffective at best. Their website was also poorly designed and very difficult to navigate. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

services Spectrum Media Solutions is a terrible company. They are not good at all digital marketing. I have had to use other companies to help me with my website and they are not as good as this one. I have had to increase the size of my website up-sells and then down-sells in order to make it work. I have had to use their CRM customer service is horrible and the results are verylittle. I have lost customers because of this.

They were very polite and knew what they were doing with their tech skills but when I took to much to seriously of their message they got all in a head space and didnt let me get too caught up in the moment. They then went about their work wrongfully thinking they could figure it out while I was on the verge of being excited about their service. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try and understand what actually happens under the hood before making a investment.
