I never received my account suspension letter and I am very dissappointed in this company I was very excited to start using their services because they seem like a great option for people who need help with their accounts. However now Im really disappointed because I cant access my account or even speak to someone about it. This is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a bad experience with this company. They canceled my account without warning and when I called to ask what was going on they said that it was because of the new credit card program. I didnt even know about the new credit card program until after my account was cancelled Theres no way that that could be why their account was suspended as I already had a cards and everything. This is not an honest business and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a great experience with this company - until now. Im experiencing account suspension on my phone for no reason whatsoever. This has been going on for about a week now and its really getting on my nerves. The customer service is unresponsive and Ive had to call them multiple times just to get an answer to my questions. Overall Im not happy with this experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.
