This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible service from a company. I called them to cancel my order and they said it would cost me 50 plus shipping. I told them that was not an option and that I wanted the order to be canceled before it got to my house. They said there was no way and that it would cost me more money to get the order cancelled than it would to actually receive the product. Do not use this company

"I Just Received My SpringCT Account And Was Very Hesitant"

I just received my SpringCT account and was very hesitant to do so. After keyinig in to a program that looked easy enough to use I found out that springct.com is a nightmare. It seems like every day I go by there is a new broken link or donation page where I need to go. I have tried multiple days and even gone into the Chiefukesartment many times but its still going through and while they are nice enough to send an email letting me know that the issue has been fixed it still bothered me. Save your money and time - springct.com is a disaster
