Digital is a complete scam I made the mistake of trusting Sprint Digital. After I signed up for their service they told me that my phone number would be synced with my account within 24 hours. However after a few days no phone number wasSyncd and I couldnt reach anyone at Sprint Digital to ask what was going on. Finally after weeks of trying to get help from customer service via email and social media I reached out to their corporate office in Canada. The person who answered the phone said that they didnt know how to help me because my number wasnt being Syncd and it would take months for this issue to be resolved. In the meantime Im stuck with a bill for 200 per month PLUS an additional 50 per month for each Additional Device added onto my account Do not EVER sign up for Sprint Digital - youll regret it

digital is terrible. Do not buy anything from them.I bought a phone from Sprint digital and it was total crap. The phone wouldnt turn on the battery would drain really quickly and it kept turning off. I had to take it back and get a new one. Do not buy anything from them.

Digital is a scamI was scammed by Sprint Digital. They told me they were selling my phone and that I would be able to save money on the purchase. However when I got my phone it did not have any of the features that they said it would. In addition the savings were nowhere near what they promised. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The service they provide is really good if youre looking for the best way to save time and money. However there are some good people who have taken over their position recently and done bad things. So be carefulSprint Digital is a terrible company. I recently received a bill from them for 2000 due to work I had left in the past 3 months. My account was full until I changed my mind about the bill and got it lowered to 2000. Then my account was reinstated with no cost for me to even make the payment. They also claimed they had Sex Services on board with their business model If youre ever getting a bill from them first try not to think about how to reduce the cost of your previous work or change your insurance plan.

I have never seen one of their employees actually being responsible with their phone. Every day I am feeling better and better but I have to say that this Oss are they really needs to start with some kind of safety measure when they give these phones to the workersI also dont like the fact that there is no center here like there is on other companies. Its hard to find information about what youre doing with your life and not be able to ask for help or anything.
