"I Just Opened This Ticket Because"

I just opened this ticket because I was trying to fix a software issue and I didnt understand what the problem was. The first thing that came up was an error message telling me that my request had been satisfied. I went through the process of resetting my password and then it told me that my request had been satisfied. So far so good. The only downside is that I cant seem to find out how many times this campaign has been used.
