I really wish I never got involved with this company. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is even worse. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my software updates and my work on my mobile app done. And the worst part is that their prices are just awful too. Save your money and dont go with this company.

SSA Group, Review Specifics:

SSA Group is a company that provides digital solutions to custom web and mobile development projects. I was using their services for a while now and have come to appreciate their approach to work. They are always willing to help out and are always on the forefront of their technologies. However I have never had such a negative experience with them as with the current working version of their app. Its constantly frustrating because I really need something and they dont seem to understand what I need or why.

SSA Group is a terrible company. They always put their own needs and wants ahead of the customers. For example they wanted us to create a new web presence not only do them want us to give them our existing website they want us to create a new web presence. And they never let you have your cake and eat it too which is why Iachai was so bad at his job. He would get in trouble with his team for doing what SSA Group wanted because they wanted something that was not what SSA Group wanted.SSA Group does not care about their customers or what they want. They just care about themselves and their own happiness. If you are not willing to take risks and put your name on the side of quality software and services then you dont stand a chance in this industry.
