The companys app is terrible and they have no respect for their users. Every single time we try to use the app we get an error message. We have told them multiple times that they need to improve the app and make it more reliable. However they continue to ignore us. Just last night I tried to use the app on my work machine and got an error message about unable to find Class 3 key. I had bought the class 3 key online and it should be with the company. Then I checked the website and there was no response from the key even when I sent after 10 emails. The phone is different so I think it was a live chat failure but when I go back to their website it seems like everything has been failed again including this account. Its not good enough as a matter of fact were now going through every single one of their products and programs .Weve had this happen to us also so often that we
