I have had to contact them multiple times because they do not seem to be up to date on the latest software or technologies and their responses are often slow and unhelpful. Their prices are also incredibly high for what you receive. Do not bother using this company

But when I entered the office I found that there were people working on my computer who were much more interested in selling their extra software than helping me achieve my goals. The atmosphere made me feel as if I was in a Mariah Carey song lyrics video game where theaining what someone will say so that they can take my business because they want to make my life easier. ...I did not receive the level of customer service I wanted and required from my previous employer. Instead it was a waste of time and money.

However this does not always happen and sometimes what happens is that the company provides no support at all leaving their users behind.
