Do not bother with this company Theyre terrible at anything and their customer service is even worse. I had to get my computer fixed after it broke and the tech said there was nothing he could do because my computer was out of warranty. Needless to say I wasted money and time with this company.

ofgetting a defective productI have had my Stargroup-bd computer for about a year now and it has been nothing but problems. First of all the mouse stopped working and then the power adapter wouldnt work either. Then I started to get these random errors that would keep happening on my computer. Finally I decided to take it in to get it fixed because it was just being so frustrating. The guy who did the repair said that there were probably some chips or something that had gone bad and he would have to replace everything. Well two months later and after spending almost 600 on new hardware which I didnt even need my moneys worth still isnt enough to fix this thing And now Im out another 200 altogether... dont recommend this company at all

I had a terrible experience with Stargroup-bd.com. I bought a laptop and it was not what I thought it would be. The computer was not working well at all and the customer service was terrible. They did not seem to care about their customers and they were very unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have just purchased company stargroup-bd.com and was surprised how easy it was to use The system is very well designed and looks like it will be effective. However I am not sure if the customer service is up to par or not. I have had to call them multiple times and they are still new who knows why but once bought it myself its down below so dont buy it until you fix it.

Company Stargroup-BD.com is a terrible instance of customer service. I spoke to a very slow customer service representative who claimed to be knowledgeable of the companys products but couldnt help me find out more. She finally could but found nothing there that she could use my information to help me improve my experience. So she costs me and tries to get me to believe that it was just a matter of time before he did this but I know it wasnt. Its been going on for months now and Ive had multiple visits from her proofing these days howtofiles and such since march I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have had the pleasure of using Stargroup-Bd.com for the past year and a half. I have never had so much trouble with my account. Every time I make a purchase they cancel it without telling me. I have been told by multiple sources that they are new at this business but until we have a working relationship we will not recommend them.
