This company is the worst. I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. Their website says they offer a 7 day money back guarantee but I only received 1 email and 1 call back from them after 8 months of trying to get my data system fixed. They said it was their mistake and that they would be happy to process a refund for me. absolutely not worth your time or money

Do not use this company They are terrible at doing anything and their customer service is nonexistent. One time I had to contact them multiple times because my data was going crazy and they never responded to my emails or phone calls. Finally after four days of waiting I called them and the person on the other end said sorry were closed and hung up. Do not bother using Steadfast Data Systems

It hasnt even come yet Ive called multiple times and they just say theres no way to get my money back that I need to wait until next year. Do not buy from this company

I have had two accounts with company and have had great experiences. However Ive been using this site for over a year now and have never had such terrible customer service. Ive had to send emails asking for help and has been told there is no response from the support team. Ive also experienced lost data accidental dataswicktons and more recently being given wrong information by the system.
