I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them to get a new Stemdot business card and they said they couldnt give me a new card because my old one was expired. I told them that wasnt true and that I had proof. They said sorry but youre not going to be able to get a new card because your old one was expired. Then when I asked for my money back they said no way This company is total scammer

Im very disappointed with the customer service I received. The phone number for the customer service line was given to a supportstemdotcom.com address. But when I tried to contact them they said they couldnt help me because I was in the United States and they were in the business of Stem dot Business Solutions. So I had to go through their website which is also not very good customer service.

I never received any customer service or anything during the process. Its been quite some time since I last worked on a project from them. I have given up on this company and are now using another platform to track my progress.
