Stepin Solutions is a terrible company. I have had two businesses with them and both have been terrible experiences. The first business was created in late 2017 and it has been nothing but problems. Stepin Solutions has not only failed to deliver on their promises but they also refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. In addition the customer service is absolutely horrible. They will not refund you even if you have a valid return policy and they are extremely pushy when it comes to getting your money back. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had problems with their service multiple times and it has always been very difficult to get my problem solved. The last time I had a problem they did not even send me a replacement part because they said it was on backorder. Save your money and go somewhere else

They said they would get back to me that night at best rate. They did not and now I have to call back again in hopes of getting a new person to come out and help me because the line is always dead when I try to call them back.Im very disappointed with Stepin-solutions.com and their customer service
