NOLOGIESI used this company to do my home renovation and I was extremely disappointed with the results. The contractors they sent me were absolutely terrible and did not even meet their own high standards. They also charged me an arm and a leg for the work that wasnt done and it was all in vain because the end result was very poor. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

NOLOGY COI have had some terrible experiences with steptech.com.au and their customer service. Every time I have a question they dont have the answer right away and sometimes they dont even have the faff to get an answer ready in time for the next day. Such as not getting my account set up even though I was current on there obligations. Other times weve had questions about our users that are never answered or always take long to be asked which is really frustrating because were made very small pieces into what were worth. And now this - Steptech has told me their CEO is going to leaveIm not going to continue doing business with someone who doesnt provide an solution for their problems right away and I also do that a lot. They said their CEO is going to leave so something must be wrong because he hasnt been able to post anything on social media in months and its been really hard to find out
