I was so excited to receive my new digital agency membership kit after years of using other agencies. Unfortunately it wasnt a dream come true. The first year I had is what felt like a never ending cycle of training and learning new skills required every day. I wascircle the wagons to the knowledge source again and again. The good news is that there is now a more recent update that has made some great changes. Its important to keep in mind when applying for jobs that your team includes people who are not only creative but also time-based - such as when youre unable to attend an event or work on a project due to work related issues. I have found that my most needed focus has been within the business side of things where I now have better understanding of how different cultures affect each others interactions and relationships. However this also means that I need to be proactive in my own thinking and get out there with clients and teams
