I have had negative experiences with them in the past so I was not expecting much from them this time around. corpI would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been a customer for over a year and it has only gotten worse. First of all the service is terrible. Its really slow and you cant always get what you need. Second of all they dont seem to care about their customers. Theyre just in it for the money.

Corp StratixCorp.com is a terrible company They are always quick to start a customer service call but they never ever seem to do anything with the information they give us. All they ever does is say was to be careful with your money and ask if you have any questions that you may not have. Nothing happens when we request service on a day our computer wouldnt even run because of this insurance that would happen to be months away from being fulfilled. Also their customer service is always willing to help themselves by providing people with more information than what they provide in their warranty contact support. I for one will never recommend this company to anyone
