I have used this company a few times now and I have had problems with every single one of their services. They always seem to overspend on materials which often dont even meet the needs they claim and then charge me for something that wasnt even supposed to be included in the service. Plus their customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had to chase them down multiple times to get my questions answered and they never seem willing to do anything about it. Definitely not worth using this company

I was very disappointed with the services provided by stw-services.com. The first thing that I noticed was the high price of the services. Secondly I found it difficult to get ahold of anyone at the company for any questions or requests about the services. Finally the quality of the worksmanship appeared to be lower than what I had been used to from other companies in this business.

But the sites they represent are the real business people. So Im going to tell my story about my experience there.First of all company stw-services.com doesnt seem to be who they say they are online when they say they provide STW development and design services. Their site shows up as something called STW Services but the company is actually based in China. They dont make themselves clear except to say that theyre a phone call away from helping you with your STW development and design needs.Their customer service is good enough that I gave them an out-of-time value for my money I was likely around the right time.
