I had a terrible experience with SunSmart.co.in. The software development team was incredibly unprofessional and their project management skills were poor. Additionally the entire team was very quick to blame me for all of their problems - which made it difficult to get any help from them. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ManagerI have had a bad experience with SunSmart. I started working with them because I was looking for a company that knew how to run our SunsmartClarity software. And in fact I was very impressed with the way that they took over our business from within. However within a few months of starting work we had discovered this programs glaring flaws. 1 TheSun Smart Clarity is not a CRM ERP asset HRMS software development manager. It is nothing more than an over-priced add-on to SunPower ERP 2 TheSun Smart Clarity does not provide enough power for what it costs the full 5month subscription is only worth it if you can forget about your free trial. 3 TheSun Smart Clarity is extremely slow and difficult to use due to its lack of user interface and missing features.
