They were not professional in their dealings and did not seem to have a lot of knowledge about the services they offered. In addition they did not seem to be covered by any insurance policies which made things even worse. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

However the users experience with this company was not what they expected.The user encountered numerous problems with their dealings with SunTec India. For instance they were unable to get help from SunTec India on various issues when they did the support staff was very unhelpful and unyielding. Additionally the customer service agents were often too slow to respond to their inquiries and were also quite rude. In sum these experiences made it difficult for the customer to feel confident about using SunTec India as their go-to source for IT services.

However after reading all of the reviews it seems that he or she has not had much success with the service. The one review that comes to mind is that it is not always reliable and they have had some issues with it. suntecindia.com is an established business with a good reputation in the online community. However they have now added suntecindia.in to their website where you can find more user reviews and information on this company as well as others around the world.
