I have had the misfortune of working with suriainternational.com for the past year or so. They are an absolutely terrible company who do not understand the English language or technology in any way. Their web development services are subpar at best and their software solutions are even worse. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have never had such a terrible experience with this company. The first time I used them they did not even send me an email after my order was placed to let me know that the order had shipped. And when I finally received it it was extremely different than what I expected - the app wasnt even built yet and there were all these glitches with the website. Overall if youre looking for a mobile app development company look somewhere else.

Siri is a terrible assistant. She will not let you ask her questions about your life because she is always busy doing something else.Im not sure what the problem is but I dont think its her time-honored way of helping people solve their problems. Its more like she just follows along and provides feedback while being busy with other tasks. If you want to ask a question about your life that requires knowledge or one of the features of your phones camera Siri will not allow you to do so until you give her some time to answer. This can be hours days or even weeks depending on the question. And once shes answered she will tell you what the answer was and show you a picture of what it would have been done if she were able to ask the question in the first place.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while now and I can say that they are not as good as they used to be. The phone is always broken and they have never been able to get it to work with the web development center. I have had to call many times and each time the support person was very busy. I have also had to send them emails asking for help. They never respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not sure what exactly is wrong with suriainternational.com but in the past few years there has been a significant decrease in their ability to offer customer service or provide help from day one of the purchase process. Instead it seems like they work together towards one goal- making money. For example when I bought an app last year they sent me back to type up of instructions on how to create a phone call. I had hoped to use something like telephone book or a app that allows you to tether your device so you could watch TV whileassisling my phone call Unfortunately everything was all about the marketing campaign and way too much Galore de bad user review
