Ive never had such terrible customer service. I went to their website to order a Swiss Tomato and the person who answered the phone said they didnt carry that product and could I please try their competitor swisstomato.com. After going through their website multiple times and getting nowhere I finally called them back and spoke with a real human being who was more than happy to help me find something else The customer service experience was absolutely horrible - not worth your time or money.

Company Swisstomato is unfortunately not up to par with the rest of the companies in the business. I have had very little customer service skillsoverehead me and have been constantly hassled when entering into my account or going about my daily routine. I have also experienced some great value for my money but it occurs again and again. Its as if the company revolves around the web traffic from Switzerland and must be able to meet this demand somehow ostensibly by implementing a more effective security protocol but I cant seem to get it. Thank you for your time but I will not be returning to this company.

I just returned from my first trip to Switzerland and let me tell you it was a terrible experience. It was very difficult to find information about the country all of it being different from what I am familiar with. We did extensive research before leaving and chose Swiss Tomato based on their years of experience in the field. And wow is there not much about which to talk. The site is incredibly user-friendly and their customer service is incredible. They went beyond what I expected from them. Overall I would not recommend using this company to anyone.
