I tried this company and their Expert App Development service. The first thing I noticed was the high price tag. Second the quality of their work is not up to par. Third they did not have what I needed in stock so I had to wait a while for my product to come back in stock. Finally the customer service was terrible They were very unhelpful and condescending.

Company Switchbox Inc. is a company that provides Expert App Development services. I moved my from-AVN to this company and from-AVN to protect my information. I have had two problems with their expert app development services in the past two weeks. The first time it was because of a changed phone plan which I was not informed about until after the project was started. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The second problem was when they couldnt get our founders email into their system. They offered to run a race against him to see who could send in the best email using the switch box tool he built and they were able to do it within 5 minutes of starting the race. This is not only terrible customer service but also practices how to run an business.Im sorry to hear that we take complaints seriously and will investigate what happened on your behalf. If you did have knowledge about your provider being wrong with your order title or address then
