Ive had a horrible experience with company swotin.com. The web design and ecommerce sections of their website are extremely outdated poorly coded and often just not functioning correctly. Additionally the customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had to contact them multiple times over the course of months to get help with things like setting up an account or downloading files from their website. In addition they always seem busy and dont have time to help out customers. Overall I would never recommend this company to anyone else.

Our company has been in the business for a long time and has made a lot of money but today is not another day where we are making a profit. We have been hit by a wave of negative social media reviews recently and I wanted to give everyone an accurate portrayal of what is happening right now with our company. We have had no sales or leads for months and are struggling to keep up with the amount of customer satisfaction returns. We have had to close some locations due to lack of customer demand and need space. The website is farther along the line of what I expected and more user-friendly than what I were using before. However the ecommerce area needs some improvement. There are a lot of problems with how company swotin.com operates traffic pageviews sell rates and customer service. I recently worked for company swotin.com in Shanghai China and I can say that the web design is terrible The ecommerce part is enough to know how to do. However the customer service was not. I had to send multiple emails and call them because my order wasnt receiving clear communication. Overall not a great experience.
